Woodlands Animal Sanctuary Advert

When we won the tender for the Ormskirk – Town Green Circular bus route we knew we wanted to do something to raise awareness of Woodlands Animal Sanctuary. Having volunteered at Woodlands as a cat cuddler (yes you can actually volunteer and cuddle all the cats and kittens!) aswell as attending their open days and most recently their Tea & Tour day I have seen first hand the amazing work they do.

The bus drives around Ormskirk & Aughton all day Monday- Saturday so we hope that having their photo on the back of the bus catches people’s eye and raises awareness of this wonderful charity.

We sponsor Dolly & Beanie each year for my Dad Martin, Managing Director here at Charlton Minicoaches, so it was great to take the bus down and meet some of the team and let Dolly & Beanie see the advert for themselves haha!

Lou from Woodlands Animal Sanctuary said “The support from Charlton Minicoaches is tremendous and we are incredibly grateful to them for everything they have done for us. The picture of our donkey duo, Beanie and Dolly, looks amazing on the back of the bus and I’m sure it will make plenty of people smile as they go past!”

Woodlands Animal Sanctuary is a registered independent charity (no.1190858) that is based in the heart of Lancashire in a small village called Holmeswood. They look after ill, unwanted and neglected animals and specialise in rehoming cats and guinea pigs and rehabilitating hedgehogs.
