Last Saturday, your driver, Dave, took me and a group of my university students to Conwy and Chester for the day. (We were visitors at Edge Hill University.)  I am writing to express what a wonderful day we had and let you know how much we enjoyed having Dave as our driver. He was pleasant and personal, and he was very knowledgeable about the area. He was such a pleasure to talk to, and he even told me at one point to please let him know if we just wanted to ride along without talking. I really appreciated the care and patience he took with our group. He seemed to really care about whether we had a good time rather than worrying about the amount of time we were taking to do this or that.

Anyway, I don’t mean to babble on, but I wanted to thank you for the good service we received. Please pass along my thanks to Dave.
