We would like to express our appreciation for the driver who took a group of Edge Hill University students and us (lecturers) to Caernarfon Castle on Friday. He was very patient and accommodating about various pick-ups and drop offs, even when these were changed at short notice. Also, he managed to find a good alternative route home when the M6 had serious delays, meaning that we still got back in decent time. Overall his professionalism and helpfulness played a big part in making the whole day a success. Thanks and best wishes.
